Ocean Label has a 650 Webtron that is the workhorse of the shop and is what Dennis Brennan has built the business with. Every year we take a couple days to go through the press with a fine tooth comb and when the technicians are done we have a brand new press. It is this type of commitment along with our weekly preventive maintenance that allows us to run at the highest efficiencies possible and not have any down time with the press. Ocean Label has an in-house art department that will work with your files to ensure we get the best possible result when printing you job.
Our prepress department will proof your jobs, produce the distorted film, and plates on our Kelleigh plate making system. Our staff has a complete understanding of what has to be done to get the optimal result off the press.Ocean Label has over 600 dies in-house for you to choose from and generally one of these will work for your projects. If not then, it only takes a few days to get the die in that will make your project look perfect. We update our die book on a weekly basis and have several custom shapes that we have stored digitally, which we send off to clients so they can adjust their artwork to fit.Ocean Label believes in getting your job produced as quickly as possible and as a commitment to this we inventory a wide range of paper stock. An inventory is taken at least once per week and orders placed accordingly. We analyze our clients ordering habits and can anticipate which stocks we need to procure before we receive our client's orders. In addition to the stock, we also carry a wide range of inks on the shelf, and if we don't have it we can mix it in-house.
